Aaron Jeffery
The Logie Award-winning actor of New Zealand and Australia, Aaron C. Jeffery. Most well-known is his roles in Water Rats as Terry Watson, Alex Ryan and Matt Fletcher which are all from McLeod's Daughters. Jeffery was born in Auckland and relocated to Australia as an adult. He later trained in acting at NIDA. He earned his NIDA degree in 1993. After that, he launched his TV career with the children's series Ship to Shore. Jeffery is best-known for his role playing Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He left the show in 2008. He also was a part of the third season New Zealand drama Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery was also on screen as Frank in Underbelly: Badness. The production was concluded on June 22nd. Three days later Jeffery was officially named Bradley Fox's replacement for Neighbours for a period of two months. It was discovered in October that Jeffery had been assigned as an Wentworth corrections officer. He also starred in the Bevan Lee series Between Two Worlds for the Seven Network. In April 2021, it was announced that Jeffery was to be selected to play the role in the forthcoming Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her, which is adapted from the Karin Slaughter novel of the identical title. In 2004 and 2007, Jeffery won the Silver Logie for the Most Popular Actor in Drama Series for his role on McLeod's Daughters.
