Lea Katherine Thompson


Thompson was born on May 31, 1961, in Rochester, Minnesota,[ one of five children of Clifford Thompson and Barbara Barry Thompson, a musician. Thompson has two older sisters, Coleen Goodrich (and Shannon Katona) and two brothers younger than her, Barry and Andrew. Her mother is from Ireland. Mikhail Baryshnikov (the artistic director at the time) said to her that she was a great dancer but was too tall. In her words, that was "my epiphany ," when I decided to quit dancing and not to be a ballet dancer. It was a great moment since I could have been banging my head on the wall for another 10 years. "The actress changed her attention to acting. In the year 20 she relocated to New York with Sarah Michelle Gellar, Elisabeth Shue and several other Burger King ads. In 1982, CareerThompson appeared in Cecily "Sissy" which was an interactive live-action video game dubbed MysteryDisc: Murder! Anyone? Jaws 3D, her film debut in 1983. In addition, I'd said that I knew how to water ski. And I didn't. Because I was required by law to be a part of the Sea World water-skiing program, I had just five days to study the fundamentals of water-skiing. I don't know how to swim!" This was followed by All the Right Moves (1983), Red Dawn (84) as well as The Wild Life (84).

Amy Carlson was born in Glen Ellyn in Illinois and spent her childhood in Chicago. Amy resided in GlenEllyn, Illinois, until she graduated from junior college.
